These versatile probes are made of six strong and impact resistant aluminum or carbon tubes which are easily assembled. The quick mounting system uses a steel cable connected to the tip, and on the other end to the quick release button on the tension rod. By pulling the tensioning rod, the tubes will fall into their couplings forming a 8.6 foot (104") probe. Each section of the probe has printed markings for exact depth measurement. It comes packaged in a nylon carrying bag. Breaks down to six 17" sections.
