  • How to Order

    While browsing www.outdooroutlet.com, add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Continue shopping until you are ready to checkout and place your order. You may review the items you have placed in your cart at any point by clicking the 'shopping cart' icon. You can edit the quantity, size and other item options up until your order is placed.

    Please Note: We reserve the right to limit the quanitity of an item that an individual or group may pruchase

    Sales Tax

    You will be charged sales tax for orders shipping to the following states:

    California: 9%

    New York: 8.875%

    Orders shipped to other states will not be charged sales tax.

    Payment Methods

    Outdoor Outlet accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and personal checks. We cannot reserve products, so if you pay by check you run the risk of us being out of stock. We do not offer rush or expedited shipping services for orders paid by check.

    Charging Your Credit Card

    We charge your credit card 48 hours prior to shipping your order. For special orders or for orders shipped directly from the manufacturer, the card is charged when the order is placed with the manufacturer.

    Paying By PayPal

    PayPal transactions will process similar to a credit card transaction: At the time of ordering we will get an authorization from PayPal for the charge. This will appear in your PayPal account as "Authorization - Pending". We will then charge your PayPal account when your order is ready to ship and you will then see 'Authorization - Complete' in your PayPal account. For special orders or for orders shipped directly from the manufacturer, your PayPal account is charged when the order is placed with the manufacturer.

    Order Confirmation

    Once your order has been placed and accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

    Your order will be processed within 2 business days for most items. We email you tracking information once your order has shipped.

    If you order includes an item that states “usually ships within 3 to 5 days”, you order will take slightly longer to process. Orders placed after normal business hours will usually be processed within the next 2 business days. We will notify you via email if any items in your order will be delayed more than a few days.

    Phone & Mail Orders

    You may place your order toll free (within the United States) at 1-800-726-8106. You may also mail in your order using a cashier’s check, money order or personal check (US funds only). All orders paid via check will take any additional 2-3 weeks to process.

    To calculate your order total with shipping and sales tax prior to mailing in your payment, you can utilize the online shopping cart or call us and we will calculate your total for you.

      When shipping Standard we choose the most efficient method for your order. We ship via USPS (US Postal Service), FedEx, or UPS.

      3-Day may be delivered 3 to 4 business days after shipped.

      2-Day may be delivered 2 to 3 business days after shipped.

      *Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

      ** Free shipping only for items shipped to a single address in the lower 48 states.

      *** For oversized, heavy items, or large bulk shipments, we will contact you if additional shipping charges apply.

    • Orders Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
      If you choose Standard shipping to any these locations your order will ship via USPS and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Real-time tracking information is not available for these shipments and we cannot provide an exact delivery date.
    • Orders Shipping to AE, AA, and AP addresses
      If you are shipping to any of these addresses your order will ship via USPS and may take up to 10 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Real-time tracking information is not available for these shipments and we cannot provide an exact delivery date.
    • Orders Shipping to PO Boxes
      If your order is shipping to a PO Box, your order will ship via USPS. Real-time tracking information is not available for these shipments and we cannot provide an exact delivery date.
    • International Orders
      At this time, Outdoor Outlet does not ship outside of the United States.
    • Oversized & Heavy Items
      Some oversized or heavy items may be limited to Standard shipping. Certain items may have to ship via freight due to their size and weight. The product page will reflect any shipping restrictions.

      We will notify you by email or phone for your approval if there are additional shipping charges from the price quoted during the checkout process.

    Returns & Repair Policy

    At Outdoor Outlet, we always try to take care of our customers. New items can be returned for a refund within 45 days from the original purchase date. Outdoor Outlet will refund the price of the item, but does not refund freight charges.

    Used items will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Outdoor Outlet. After 45 days from the original purchase date, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding repairs and warranty issues.

    Price & Availability of Factory 2nds

    Factory 2nds are limited so we cannot guarantee the availability of products or prices. You may order a product and our stock has already sold out. We apologize if this happens and we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative item (if one is available). Prices are subject to change without notice or obligation. We will make price adjustments as needed.

    Sale Items, Specials & Outrageous Deals

    For Sale items, Specials, and Outrageous Deals, the prices are valid for the dates listed or until we sell out of stock. No rain checks are available.

    Sometimes we sell out of items more quickly than we can anticipate. We are sorry if this happens but we cannot guarantee the availability of our sale-priced items. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors. No dealer sales. If we sell out of our stock of a particular item we may offer an alternative item (if one is available).

    Due to the high demand of our Outrageous Deals, Specials, and Sale items we do not hold any of these items for customers. Please note we do not accept check payments for these items.

    Retail Store

    Prices may vary between our online store and our retail store. Many items found on our website are only available for online or phone orders, and may not be available in our retail store. Similarly, some products in our retail store may not be available on our website.
