This will appear in your PayPal account as "Authorization - Pending". We will then charge your PayPal account when your order is ready to ship and you will then see 'Authorization - Complete' in your PayPal account. Once your order has been placed and accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Your order will be processed within 2 business days for most items. We email you tracking information once your order has shipped.
If you order includes an item that states “usually ships within 3 to 5 days”, you order will take slightly longer to process. Orders placed after normal business hours will usually be processed within the next 2 business days. We will notify you via email if any items in your order will be delayed more than a few days.

At Outdoor Outlet, we always try to take care of our customers. New items can be returned for a refund within 45 days from the original purchase date. Outdoor Outlet will refund the price of the item, but does not refund freight charges.
Used items will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Outdoor Outlet. After 45 days from the original purchase date, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding repairs and warranty issues.
